David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree from Makerere University. David Bitalo has over 30 years’ experience in the accountancy, audit and tax advisory fields, and working in both private and public sector. During this time, he has worked on Major Donor Funded Projects, PPDA procurement Audits, Tax Consultancies for both local & international private companies, Preparation of Feasibility studies & Business plans for various companies, Project Accountant – Privatisation Unit and others.

David is an enthusiast and a fun of both local and international motor sport, a former President of the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of Uganda (FMU). Currently he acts as a Race Steward, for FMU and the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), as an International Race Steward.
