Prof. Twaha Kigongo Kaawaase is an accountant by profession, has lectured, regulated and practiced accounting, auditing and finance for over 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Major) upper second degree of Makerere University, Kampala.

Prof. Samuel Sejjaaka is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Uganda, ICPAU. He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Accounting and Finance of Makerere University, a Master of Science in Financial Studies..
